Our robots learn from real deployments - hundreds of unique environments and thousands of interactions. “In the wild” data can’t be recreated in controlled setups; you can’t simulate the full range of human behavior. Vertical integration is how we move quickly. When you’re deliberate, hardware isn’t the bottleneck. Owning the stack makes Eggie more capable, which is the point.

At Tangible, we are building robots that can understand and act in the real world. Our work brings together imitation learning, reinforcement learning, dexterous manipulation, vision-language-action models, and multimodal co-training at scale. We are looking for exceptional people across research and engineering.


For research roles, strong candidates have a proven record of publishing state-of-the-art work in robot learning at conferences such as CoRL, NeurIPS, ICRA, and IROS, along with six months to two years of hands-on development experience.


We are also hiring mechanical design engineers, software engineers, and control engineers who want to work on ambitious systems that operate in real environments.
